These terms cover the website only. Any work we do for you is under our terms of business, which come with your written quote.

The guidance on this site

The descriptions of roof problems and materials here are general guidance for the roofs we see most often, not an assessment of yours. Never go onto a roof, never lean a ladder against a gutter, and keep out from under a ceiling that is sagging or bulging. Work at height is for people with the training and equipment to do it.

Figures, lifespans and timings

Lifespans and timings on this site are typical industry figures to help you understand the options. They aren't an offer or a guarantee of how your roof will perform. The price, specification and any guarantee that apply to your job are the ones in your written quote, which follows an inspection.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are licensed stock images that show typical roofs, materials and details - they are not jobs we have done. Product and manufacturer names, where they appear, belong to their owners and don't mean those companies endorse us.

Using the site

• You may use the site and print or save pages for your own use.
• Please don't copy its text or design for other websites or materials.
• Please don't use the enquiry form to send spam, false enquiries or harmful content. We may block anyone who does.
