Accessibility: Accessibility statement

What we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you should be able to do

• Use every part of the site with a keyboard alone, including the menu and the enquiry form, with a clear outline showing where you are.
• Zoom in or use a narrow screen: pages reflow down to 320 pixels wide without sideways scrolling.
• Read text with enough colour contrast against its background, and use the site in high-contrast or forced-colour modes.
• Turn off motion: the site respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
• Hear form labels, hints and error messages read out by a screen reader, and find text alternatives for meaningful images.
• Send an enquiry even with JavaScript switched off.

What isn't perfect yet

• We've tested with automated accessibility checks, keyboard-only use and the browser's accessibility tools. We haven't yet completed testing with every screen reader, and we'll update this statement when we have.

Tell us about a problem

If something on the site doesn't work for you, or you need information in a different format, please tell us through the enquiry form, by calling 07351 309958, or by emailing info@mkmroofing.co.uk. We'll do our best to fix it or get you what you need another way.
